Do I have to install anything?
No. You connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with read-only permissions and Custodia detects the AI apps your team has authorized with their company account.
What does Custodia see of my company?
Which AI applications your employees have connected with their corporate account. We never read emails, files or passwords.
How does the free trial work?
14 days of full access to the plan you choose, with no card required. If you don't continue, your account stops being active and you are not charged anything.
Is it useful if my company is small?
Yes. If your team uses ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or similar, you already have obligations (such as the Article 4 training) and spending to control.
Am I AI Act compliant just by using Custodia?
Custodia gives you the inventory, documented training, risk classification and documents. It is not legal advice: it prepares the evidence and the order.
Where is my data stored?
In PostgreSQL (Supabase), encrypted at rest and isolated per company at database level (Row Level Security). Details on the security page.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Whenever you want from your dashboard. The data is yours: you can export your documents and we delete them after you cancel.
Do you have certifications such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2?
Not yet. Custodia is at an early stage and we prefer to tell you plainly. We explain which measures we apply today on the security page.
